Your current revenue is the number of leads you sell multiplied by your average price. Every lead that does not sell counts as unsold inventory, and the value left on the table is what those leads would earn at your average price.
Bidding lift applies to the leads you already sell. When several buyers compete for the same lead, the winner pays more than your minimum, so the calculator raises the price of each first-pass sale by your lift percentage.
Marketplace recovery applies to unsold leads. A share of them sells a second time, at a discount to the fresh price, through a reverse auction where the price drops until a buyer takes the lead.
Club revenue is a flat monthly subscription that members pay for access to the leads still left over. It does not depend on the price of any single lead.
The default recovery rate comes from Juiced customer Leadzolo, which sold 41.5% of its leads on the first pass and another 23.4% in its marketplace, about 40% of what had gone unsold. Every assumption is editable, and your results will depend on your buyers and verticals.

Frequently asked questions
Sell the leads that miss their first buyer, and earn more on the ones that do sell. Let buyers bid against each other so fresh leads clear above your minimum, send unsold leads to a private marketplace at a lower price, and offer older leads through a subscription. Each step adds revenue from leads you already paid to generate.
There is no universal benchmark, because sell-through depends on your vertical, your buyer coverage by location, and how strict buyer filters are. Track it by lead type and location rather than as one number, since gaps in buyer demand usually show up in specific markets. For reference, one Juiced customer sold 41.5% of its leads on the first pass and 64.9% in total once its marketplace was running.
Most unsold leads are a demand problem, not a quality problem. A lead arrives in a location or category where no buyer has budget, the buyers who cover it have reached their caps, or it fails a buyer filter. Recruiting buyers helps, and so does giving those leads a second route instead of discarding them.
Usually, yes. You already paid to generate the lead, so revenue from a second sale is close to pure margin. Discounted resale also gives smaller buyers a low-cost way to test your leads before they commit to bidding. Set a floor price so a lead never sells for less than it is worth to you.
The calculator is an estimate built from the numbers you enter. Bidding lift, marketplace recovery, and club revenue depend on your buyers and verticals, so treat the defaults as a starting point and replace them with your own figures when you have them.
Yes. There is no sign up and nothing you enter is saved. The math runs in your browser, so you can change the numbers as often as you like.
